Place to buy 1/2 gallon milk in DLH hotel?

Do they have a gift shop or something that would sell it? I know dh will not be in the mood of having to actually leave the resort after our 26 hour drive.

Oh--and the rooms do have a fridge, right? Guess I should've checked on that first thing.

There is a little coffee shop in the DLH and a gift shop that carries soem stuff... I am sure the coffee shop would have milk, you can also order it from room service.. though it is most likely very expensive

The rooms at DLH do have fridges, but I didn't see anywhere to buy a half gallon of milk at the hotel itself. I think the restaurants do sell smaller quantities of milk, like single servings. However, depending on the direction you drive in from, you'll probably pass a 7-11 or an AM-PM mini mart right before you get to the resort. That might be a better, and cheaper, place to find what you need.

Edited to add: the fridges are very small and a half gallon might be too large to fit other than laying down on its side. We bought small quart cartons at Vons and they fit very well.

Compass bookstore has milk and they were not half gallons but were larger carafes.

You could also have some delivered via www dot vons dot com or www dot albertsons dot com. Along with a few other snacks! Usually there are coupons online available for free delivery - just google it.

Or if you're driving (the 26 hour drive), why don't you just stop somewhere on the way and pick it up? It would be cheaper than anything you can get delivered (delivery fee) or p/u at the park. That's what I would do.
