I LOVE your pixie dust pic!! :lovestruc It's amazing, it could be an advertisement!

We took some photos in the GF, by the fountain, and on the beach. By the end of it I could hardly walk in my shoes.

Claire everything is amazing!! You looked beautiful...I can't tell you enough how much I LOVE your dress!! Just gorgeous!!

I want to wear my dress again!

Your photos came out lovely!!

Can I ask where you held your pre reception? :)

The pre-reception as I called it was the cake & champagne celebration you get with an escape package so mine was on Commander's Terrace as i'd booked the WP.

*sniff*
I am all misty eyed, Claire you looked like a true princess, and you both look sooo happy.

I am sooo loving it all! :worship:

That is what everyone says that we both just look really happy in our photos.

Love your photos.
Can't wait to see more.

More posted.

I love the carriage pictures! I am excited to see your reception and DP ones!

I'm nearly there.

Absolutely beautiful!

Thank you.

Is the one with the pixie dust from Randy? I want a pixie dust picture like that!

Yes from Randy.

Your pictures are so pretty!

Thank you.

Claire,
It's so great you had such an amazing time! Your pictures are beautiful and you looked absolutely stunning for your big day! Congrats!! I can only hope my day is as nice as yours!:goodvibes

I'm sure your wedding will be perfect.

Ahhh I didn't realise you'd started writing again, I've had to play catch up!!!

Everything looked just gorgeous, can't wait to hear and see more! x

Yep I've given up waiting for the photos from BIL.

I LOVE your pixie dust pic!! :lovestruc It's amazing, it could be an advertisement!

Ha ha!

ya know I was iffy about having a veil for my wedding....but seeing how pretty yours looks I think I feel okay about it!

Claire-
Your pictures really are beautiful!!!! Amazing!!!

I just got quite teary looking at all the pics in the WP... :)

Me, your fellow LFC supporter can't believe you wore a Chelsea garter though! ;)

Can't wait 'till Sept! Only about 6 more months to go!

Hey Clarie,
Where was your pre-reception? I love the view. I wonder if they will let me do my reception there? :cool1:

Oh, wow I am so far behind after getting back from our anniversary trip. Your pictures are beautiful! My husband loves Chelsea, he plays them all the time as "his team" on Fifa for Xbox :rotfl: How cool that you were able to meet up with several Dis friends :cool1:

So, how did you do the part about your dad walking you down the aisle? I was also very clear that I was not to be given away, so the minister used the words "who presents this woman to be married" a minor technicality, but very important to me. I think it is great that you were able to say a few words to the guests at home watching the web cast.

The Just Married sunglasses are so cute! You have some really amazing shots especially with the carriage, I also love some the recent additions on the GF beach that is a different area than I have typically seen Randy use.

I really can't wait to see more :bride: Congratulations, you had a beautiful wedding!

Oooh I love the first picture on the swing bench! :lovestruc

Yeah I love those ones as well, although in some which I didn't post my legs look really really short, too short!

I know I can't believe I did it either, I must love him!

6 months :woohoo:

I guess it was my fault in part, I didn't mention it at all to Rev Knox, I just thought as i'd not written it in the cremoney, he wouldn't do it. I just wanted my Dad to walk me up the aisle and then sit down with nothing said.

I don't think many people saw us at home as they all thought it had finished so had switched off.

The sunglasses were one of my many eBay purchases.

Hi Claire!
Nooo idea how but I totally missed all of your TR and wedding updates! all caught up now :goodvibes

DF and I ruled out a DFTW early on in our plans due to costs to get everyone over from England to WDW... but it really does look so fantastic at the WP!

Our venue is fabulous though & I'll have to 'make do' with a Disneymoon after that :lovestruc hehe.

Looking forward to more.. you look like a real Disney princess btw!

I LOVE your pictures!!! It all looks like the greatest fairy tale. I really like your pre-reception location - I don't think I have seen that before.

So we arrived at the Key West Room and the table looked lovely. Randy was supposed to have gone by now but he snapped a few more photos before leaving us to it.

The meal didn't start well though as a glass of red wine got spilt before we'd even all sat down but while Brad (our wonderful server) cleared that up I went to bustle my dress with the help of Kathleen (wedding planner) and my Mum. Once we were all seated Kathleen left us, I was very sorry to see her go, she had been wonderful from day one.

So my Dad was supposed to make his speech when we cut the cake but all he said was cheers. So he decided to do it now instead which annoyed me as I'd told him he'd missed his chance. He told a story about my 13th birthday which had nothing to do with anything and went on a bit too long. Plus of course he had to mention that DH supports a different football (soccer) team to us.

We started off with some bread and then for our first course we had Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla (in the shape of Mickey heads) which Mike had been a bit unsure about but they tasted wonderful.

Now my Dad doesn't like cheese so his came without which was no problem. Next we had ceasar salad which was plated tableside so both I and Kathleen had thought my Dad could just not have the cheese at this point but it turns out it was in the sauce so the chef whipped up a different salad for my Dad.

The next course was beef and it was the best beef i've ever had, it was also huge and no one could finish it. This came with dauphinoise potatoes which i'd completely forgotten have cheese in them but the chef was one step ahead of us and gave my Dad rice instead.

Next up we had some more wedding cake served with ice cream, but most people couldn't eat much, myself included. Then we finished with the cinderella slipper sorbet which if memory serves they didn't turn the lights out for so it lost some of its wow factor.

By the time we left we had over ran by half and hour so what would have been an hours gaps to let the food go down with a walk around the grounds for our gusts became just 30 minutes until our dessert party.

Mike and I took all our bits and wedding cake back to our room quickly before heading down to Sago Cay for the DP.
