Pizzafari and Pinocchio's Village House - same pizza meal?

Is the pizza the same at these two restaurants? I looks exactly like the same pizza/salad meal.

All Disney counter service pizza looks and tastes the same--PVH, Pizzafari, Catalina Eddie's, etc. I'm thinking that the crusts are all pre-made, and they slap the same sauce and cheese on them.

OK cool. I really like PVH pizza but we are staying at AKV and it would be so much easier to swing over to AK when I get the craving.
