Pixie magic from 'Gifts of a Lifetime'

I am not sure where to put this post,, so am hoping this will get a response.

Here's the story. My ex husband and I are treating our daughters to a trip for our oldest's 18 birthday. We are divorced, but always join up once a year for a 'family' trip for the girls. This will only be a quick trip, and may be the last for us for a long time, because as the girls are getting older, they have other things they want to do. Also, planning these trips is getting harder, since I moved to the UK, so I am pulling out all the tricks for this trip.

I want this trip to be the most memorable yet, which will take some careful planning since we are only going to have 2 1/2 days there.

I have always wanted to use the 'pixies' but have never gotten around to it,, and I think this would be a great time to surprise the girls.

If anyone out there has used them, can you share your expirence with me, and give me an idea of how long an 'event' goes on for, and what to expect?

Birthday girl already knows she is going to the House of Blues one of the nights, to see a band she loves that is playing there. She has also seen La Nouba twice, and loves it,, but I think the concert is enough 'entertainment' for such a short trip.

So can you all help me plan the birthday trip of her life?

I used GOAL for a special event last month. It was a scavenger hunt at the MK as a gift to my dd's and a thank you for my parents. The event took about 1 1/2 hours and it was a lot of fun and definitely a fun memory for my family. I know that the pixies at GOAL don't like all the details of their special events revealed. You are more than welcome to PM me if you would like more details on it.

Jane was great to work with and she will tailor your event to suit your needs. I will warn you that it is a little pricey, but it was a lot of fun and very special for my family.

Ahh, thanks llij I did a search on the subject earlier, and read your trip report about it, and was thinking of sending you a pm about them

I think it's something I am going to have to do. I filled out their questionaire earlier. I didn't know if it was to be an all day thing, or what, and with such a short trip, I want to cram alot in,,lol.

I have worked with Jane 3 times, and each event has been wonderful. They usually last 90 minutes or so, but it depends on your event.
