Does anyone know if the Pixie Hollow Enchantment Light Show is continuing beyond August 23rd? I know the summer fireworks will be continuing until the Halloween fireworks start. The manly men in my group could care less about pixies but I would like to see the fountains and lights next week if they are still on . . . :tink:

I would like to know this too because I really wanted to see the little show and look at Pixie Hollow without waiting in a line (i'm not interested in seeing the fairies). I was hoping to get another trip in to go see the light show by the 23rd but didn't get a chance to do it. I'll be there next week too so hopefully it will still be running.

I'm interesting in the answer to this. I'll be there next week too and hope is continues past today.

We'll be there in December. I sure hope there is still the light show at Pixie Hollow  I can't see why it would not be year round. If anyone knows the answer, PLEASE POST. :goodvibes

Can't help with the December info, but for those of us going this week, I called Guest Relations this morning. The hostess said that most of the summer activities have been extended until September 7th and Pixie Hollow is open until 8 p.m. so the lights would probably be on (subject to change, etc., etc.) Apparently they don't list the light show separately on their info either.

And for those of you Dis'ers going to DL this week, I will be looking for those LGMH! :thumbsup2

I hope it's there this weekend, I want to see it!!!!

Yay! Thanks for calling and asking about that! I hope it's running so we can see it this week.

And I'll have my LGMH on my bag which I usually let DH carry since I'm often carrying DS. So if you see a man with a black bag with a LGMH that says LavenderPeach, that's us!

I was figuring since the lighting install was permanent (the fountain especially), that it would always be doing the light show, even past the Summer Nightastic or whatever it was called.

Not 100% sure though. We stood in line an hour to have our pics taken with Tink. Never will do that again. Honestly, not sure why we did it in the first place. Only to see what the area looked like. But I do want to see the light show.

Bumping in case someone goes in the next day or so and can tell us! :goodvibes

The answer is no. The progamming had a problem
on Mon and since it was a summer thing it
was turned off. Seems silly since the infrastructure
is there. It was off Weds and Thurs nights.

Can you walk through Pixie Hollow without waiting to see the Fairies?
I would love to see the gardens, but don't want to wait an hour to see Tink! Even though she is my favorite, my BF will NOT wait around for an hour for a grown woman to see a Fairie!!!!:confused3

We were there wednesday night and i wasn't sure if we just didn't wait around long enough to see the show or if it wasn't playing at all. Too bad they don't have the show running anymore.

We were there around 6pm last wednesday and were able to just walk around pixie hollow with no fairies and no line. I think there was a sign that said the fairies are there until 5 so i think anytime after that you can go and look at the gardens.
