This is will be my 4th trip to WDW, but first to stay on site. 
We (me, dh, ds 4, dd 2) were considering a trip for early Feb during value season. I had priced out our package MYW with dining at ALMo (must try for Buzz for ds). Then a little pixie dust, I was emailed a pin # good for the same time we were planning. 
I called Disney, the CM quoted me a price that was more than what I had already priced. 
She put me on hold for a long time and came back with another quote. It was about $100 cheaper, but it added the water parks, etc. I told her thank you but I didn't think it was a great bargain since we had not planned for water parks in Feb. 
MORE Pixie dust....She called me back about 20 min later!!! This time with a quote almost $300 cheaper than the original price quote with a PH voucher. 
OK....so we are 98 days out, I have planned all of my PS request ready for the 90 day mark. 96 days out...I find out they changed PS to 120 days in advance. At 7p (yes, PM not AM), I take my chances, I call for CRT. I let the CM know the dates 'll be there and hold my breath. PIXIE DUST, PIXIE DUST, PIXIE DUST She has something availble our first morning at 10:20a!!! 
Yippy! (So I am telling everyone i know and they just don't get it!)
