Pixie Dust Font.....Does it exist?

Hi everyone! I am trying to DISign something for my cousin and she wants the name to look like it was written in pixie dust. Does such a thing exist and if so where can I find it?

I've never seen one....I use PSE and I have created that look. I put the font I want on one layer and then put sparkle lights (brushes) on the layer above. Delete the text layer and the fairy dust effort is done! It is a pain in the neck but the effort is great!

I am using PSE also so I will give your suggestion a try. A week into using the program, I don't know how I will do but I'm always willing to give things a try!
