Pixar Parade in May & Ressie at RFC - Can I make it??

so i just noticed that park hours and entertainment schedule is up for pretty much the 1st week of may. i also noticed that the pixar parade in may is at 5:40pm, and not 5:15pm. i had made ressies at the Rainforest Cafe assuming the pixar parade was going to be at 5:15pm.

....so if we still decide to watch the parade at 5:40pm, do you all think we can still make it over to RFC in time for a 6:15pm ressie?

i personally think that's not enough time, but wanted some feedback. DCA closes at 6pm that day. i can just imagine the hoards of people trying to leave the park right after the parade(which i'm thinking is about 20 minutes)...so fighting the crowds around 6pm to get out of the park and then walking over to RFC with a double stroller in 10-15 mins doesn't seem doable to me.

if that's the case, i could either watch the parade a different day or move my RFC ressie back 15 mins.

what would you do/what do you think???

You'd never make it.....just call RFC & set your time for later. The parade runs 15 mins... or so. It will take you 10-15 mins to exit with the masses of people leaving the park with you. Then since RFC is on the far end of DTD, leave yourself 15-20 mins to get there thru all the people. To not be panicked & pushing your way thru DTD....I'd suggest a 7pm PS.

The only you might be able to do it is to watch the parade at it's start point and then leave immediately after. You might be able to make it but I would just change your RFC time slot.

thanks, ladies! i knew i wasn't crazy when i was thinking that i wouldn't be able to do it. now if the parade was still at 5:15pm, it'd be do-able. k, i need to review our itinerary...cause we may just watch the parade on a different day....or as you both suggested, move our RFC ressie to a later time.
