Pity Party

I would of been on a plane to DW right now but instead I am working today, I was excited about seeing Disney at Christmas butt here I sit got ready for work and I'm not on a plane, having a pity party for Gail

I feel your pain.. I had planned a trip to WDW for early Dec. for myself, DD, and my granddaughter.. The entire purpose of the trip was for us to see WDW during the Christmas season and attend MVMCP for the first time.. Didn't pan out and had to change the trip to Feb.. Now that's not going to work either so I had to change it to late April/early May (the only time I could get flights).. Odds are that trip won't come off either and I'll lose the money I spent on our three airline tickets..

I'm trying not to think about it - otherwise I know I'll get extremely bummed out..

Oh well....there are lots worse things that could happen to us - right?

Try to have a great holiday anyhow!

I think I remember reading the reason why you cancelled your trip....something about being home with your dad who's not doing very well (??). I'm sure you made the right decision, but I can certainly understand your disappointment about the trip. Are you planning another trip for another time? Maybe you can do something special for yourself today, even something as simple as splurging on a specialty coffee or something
