Did anyone else get a letter from PISA, the testing agency? It got sent to random 15 year olds, and is administered every three years to test academic ability. Or did anyon ewho is 18 now take it three years ago?

I didn't get one. Not that I know of.

It's supposed to be random 15 year olds. PISA stands for Program for International Student Assesment. I have to sit a three hour test and I don't even get a score back. And it's not optional.
