What are you making for Easter dinner? You always have the best menus!

:o I have to confess . . . . I'm not cooking at all! My older sister has the family meals as she has a big house. We're probably having the usual stuff - ham, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, corn pudding, jello salad & rolls.

I made my ham earlier this week - just for us - and we're having scalloped potatoes with some of the left-over ham in it. I'm looking forward to that!

I will say, though, that I had stopped doing anything to the ham while I was working. Since I have time on my hands (am still out of work - since the end of June! AUGH!) I decided to do a little more to it. I scored the outside & put cloves in it. Then I smeared it with Gulden's brown mustard, poured half a can of crushed pineapple on it & sprinkled a little brown sugar on top. When it was finished, I pulled the ham out of the pan & thickened the slop in the bottom. I'd forgotten how good that is!

I make a mac and cheese with our leftover ham, mushrooms and onions. Your ham sounds great. We always cop-out and get a Honeybaked Ham. DH loves them.

Have a nice holiday.
