Does anyone know if this is open for the week of April 22. I heard it is closed.

My family arrives on the 30th of April and we have read and been told that is the last day before refurb begins, so I expect it to be open, and so should you since you are a week earlier.

Was just there on Thursday. It was open...darker than usual. We could not figure out if it was just our eyes not adjusting or it really was darker than usual to protect some work that was started. No changes that I could see to date. It's been closed already preliminarily. I checked the WDW MK website for "operational updates" and trusted it. That day stated that it was open...it was. So check the WDW official website for MK for the day/days you are planning on going. Lots of cool new merchandise featuring Mr. Sparrow.

It is scheduled to be open through April 30. Re-closing May first through June 30 for the continued rehab. They are ahead of the original schedule and plan to have it re-opened July 1 if all stays on track.

What I'm really wondering is if it's going to be open for the evening EMH the night of April 30th....
