Yes, the back entrance was for the handicapped people (mom)...

I found my 2 pics, but they are not as sharp as I thought they were. This thread is great!

This is our little pirate on our 2003 trip. It's amazing as a parent to see your child go through some of the same things that you did as a kid. That gift shop at the end of the POTC... what a little pirates dream.

POC will be closed in May when my family goes, I am so bummed about this. I went to DL in '96 and saw POC, but I barely remember the ride. My DD loves the movie and I was looking forward to her seeing the attraction. D'OH!

I was so looking forward to seeing these pictures, but when I went to the website I was greeted with:

I can't even enjoy this ride anymore. It's plastered up and down "no flash photography" and everytime I've been on I was blinded with the flashes of a hundreded little lights. Suprised no one has came out in a seizure from this ride. We politely tell folks around us, No flash photos please. No good. They announce it on the PA system within the ride. That just seems to make folks want to take more? When I think about this ride I can actually feel my blood pressure ride. LOL Its horrible. Maybe they should "raise the lights up" and let everyone see that its meant to be dark for a reason. They should have like every even hour be flash photo hour, and the odd hours be flash free. That would make me a happy camper.
