Sometimes, I can hear my own accent.

Usually after I've spent some time speaking in a British accent. (Yes, I am aware that there is no such thing as a "British" accent like there is no such thing as an "American" accent. I just don't know what region the one I use comes from.)

that's like me saying 'American accent' but eg, your accent is different to someone from new York which is different to someone from Boston which is different to someone from Florida which is different to someone from california etc.
but the accents you do, nobody talks like that xDD
