There is a thread on the cruise boards regarding the Pin Cruise sailing dates. A few people on the thread are under the impression that as long as Mommy is signed up or DD is signed up the rest of the family can attend the Pin Package events. I've done other Special Events before but not the cruise. Please tell me that they check for credentials before allowing anyone to enter the event venues on the cruise. I advised them that they would be shocked & upset when non paying guests tried to attend.

This is a quote form one of the Posts: "I signed up for it and already did a pin selection but got one package and my kids and I will share. I get the t-shirt so the kids won't fight over it. I have no idea who pintel is but the kids might. I am not really into the pins but I thought it would be a fun once in a lifetime event and for $45 it seemed like a nice bonus."

Another posted that she was buying the package for just her soon to be 6yo daughter. I know we are nice people but would you let your 6yo attend something without you?

Yes, you are right that they check for credentials constantly. I just popped over to the cruise board, but cannot seem to find the thread there. If you post a link, I will be happy to chime in and tell people about the event.

Well, for some reason, I cannot edit my post above. I found the link on the Cruise Meets page and posted a response. I also called Event Services to give them a "head's up" and they were already aware of the situation.

Hi Suzi

I saw your post on the other board. I had decided to E-mail event services just to verify that I wasn't passing along bad info. I received a response from them verifying that we all need our own credentials. So that is why they already knew about the situation. I'll see you & Vince on the cruise. I'm bringing my Mom with me. This will be her first event besides the New York WOD ones we've done.
