Pirates League extended hours during MNSSHP. Conflicts with FP+.

I guess the title may be confusing. Wasn't sure how to word it.

Basically, I have a 4pm res for Pirates League on a MNSSHP day. This means I have to buy a day time park ticket in order to make this reservation which I would rather not do (but am prepared to).

After some research, I found that in every year past, they have extended the hours of Pirates League from 4pm to 7pm to accommodate MNSSHP guests.

The problem I'm facing is that apparently they do this, without notice, about 60 days out. My FP+ can be booked 60 days out. If I am able to snag one of these 4pm-7pm Pirates League reservations on our day then I won't need to go to the park on a day time ticket. This could get tricky when booking FP+ especially because we will be moving our MK day to another day at this point.

Has anyone booked one of the PL reservations after their hours were extended and do you remember how far in advance it was? Everything Ive found so far says "about 60 days" but nothing is concrete. Just wondering if anyone actually knew of a date in the past when the hours were extended at PL.

Nothing is ever concrete with that booking system. It's +/- 60 days for everything, and that's assuming they'll do it. When are you going? I've been going in september forever, and I've never had a problem doing a walk-up for them. It's helpful if it's only one person doing the appointment.
