Pirate's Game..Shut Down?

I wanted to play the pirate game (the one that give sparrow codes) but each time I play I keep getting the code:
XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Did they stop giving codes? It worked yesterday...

I just did the game three times and I have received valid codes for poster and skeleton monkey.
