pirates cruise / tea party reservation

i need apirate cruise and tea party reservation for anytime between 5/6-5/18 it is all booked, i know there is a guy that help's get cindy res (i got them already myself) can he help with these, is there anywhere you can "purchase" a reservation from someone else, i would be willing to pay finder's fee. we had'nt planed the vaction until feb so it was not possible to call 120's out. which i think is a ridiculous time anyway, many dont know they are going four months out.
please help!
