Pirates and Princess Party (w/a 3 y/o) ?

Please help me decide whether I should attend the Pirates and Princess Party with my 3 year old daughter in August. I'm sure she would enjoy it (but should would enjoy any time spent at WDW...). We come back annually (or more so) should I wait a year or two?

We're taking a 3 y.o. in August (8/21) and she can't wait! She loves the princesses and has already picked out which dress she's wearing (Cinderella). I would go for it.

I'd go for it as well. We went in March, and my dd was just over 2. We're going back in August. She LOVED it! She talks all the time about meeting Prince Charming and Cinderella's Mice. She dressed up like Cinderella ... and the only thing that terrified her was Johnny Depp ... omg, I can't remember his name. So sad ... it's late and I'm tired.

Anyways ... we went on a Friday, directly after school. Drove over around 5pm, so she'd been up all day. She fell asleep at 11pm, and woke up right around 12:30am, when it was all closing. She was really really angry that we were leaving at that point. Loaded them up in the car, and after a quick potty stop at the Hess ... she was out within 5 minutes of being in the car. Of course, it threw her schedule off the next day, but it was fine.

This time, my dad will be staying in the campsite while my mom and sister join us. I might have to convince him to come and pick her up if she can't handle it ... but I'm sure she'll be fine. Just make sure to take the day slow, and let them get a good nap.

We did it in Mach w/ our 2 yr old and he loved it. I think the key is w/little ones you can't stay the entire party. I highly recommend it. Have fun.
