I'm sure this question has been asked before, but I'm too lazy to go in search of it and hope someone who has recently sailed can help.

My girls and I are planning on wearing capris for pirate night with our pirate shirts and was wondering if it's okay for DH to wear shorts (cargo type) to go with his or does he have to wear khaki pants????

I know shorts should not be warn otherwise and just want to see if Disney makes an exception for this evening only??

I made my husbands Pirate outfit and for pants I made him "capri's" that come down right past his kneecap. If he's dressing up as a pirate, then I'm guessing he will be dressed appropriately for pirate night :flower:

For our costumes, my ds wore sweatpants that I had cut off at the knee for a ragged/jagged look, and my dh wore what I would have to call baggy workout or sleep pants. Not what they would normally wear to the dining rooms, but I think that if you are dressed for the theme it will not be a problem. In any event, you will undoubtedly see the occasional person who will wear shorts to dinner that are not part of a costume.

I'm glad you asked this question. I would have assumed that since it was not in the dining rooms you should not wear shorts....would love to know if this is true.
