Anyone do this? Last year my DG went for the Tea Party and loved it, this time it's my GS's turn (though my Granddaughter wants to do the pirate cruise too) Any reviews or issues with it? Did the children love it? pirate: pirate:

My kids (5,5,7) did it this summer. They loved it!!!!!!!!! They are still talking about it.We got there about a half hour before hand. I signed them in. I was given a beeper in case they need to contact you. The boys were given a pirate hat with Mickey ears. They were so excited to get on the boat. The boys came back with all kinds of treasure. They came back singing " Yo Ho Yo Ho a pirates life for me"! It was sooo cute! I highly recommend this . They had a blast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't forget, for those of you staying in the Epcot Resort area, Yach/Beach also has the Albatross Cruise, which is very similar. Both of these cruises do book up very quicky, so book them as soon as you can. They can be booked up to 90 days out.

We may be staying in that area. Do you have a link to this?
Thanks so much!

I don't have a link, I think there is info on it at allears, but I just wanted to add that our DS did this last year, he had just days earlier turned 5. He really liked it, and had fun. He got tons of "pirate treasure" and they give them lunch as well. The Albatross cruise is "new", but I've heard very very similar. I'd let them both do it, there were a lot of girls on the pirate cruise with DS. Your little one's will enjoy it!!!!

Have fun!!

My daughter has attended the GF's Children's Activities numerous times over the years, most recently during this Summer's vacation. She also attended the YC/BC's Albatross Cruise for the first time (she attended it twice during our vacation, but I haven't found the time to post her photos of it). My daughter loves all of the WDW activities for children (her favorite is the GF's Grand Adventures In Cooking Class, which I find amusing since I don't cook).

In a trip report two years ago, I wrote about my daughter's experiences with each of the GF's Children's Activities. I'll give links to those posts below. Please note that in those posts you will find links to my photos of the events.

My Disney Girl Princess Grand Tea Party (look for post entitled, "Grand Floridian Day Two, Part 1")
Pirates Cruise (look for post entitled, "Grand Floridian Day Three, Part 1")
Wonderland Tea Party (look for post entitled, "Grand Floridian Day Three, Part 2")
Grand Adventures In Cooking Class (look for post entitled, "Grand Floridian Day Four, Part 1")

DS4 and DD7 did the Pirate's Cruise in 2003. Had a great time...I think I have posted the details about the lunch, etc on another thread.

Actually, we just gathered their Mickey Pirate Ear hats (see below) to put away for Pirate's Night on our upcoming Disney Cruise.

Book it now...will fill up fast. They will have a great time!
