Pins and value?

How do you know if a pin is of any value? Is there a book, website or what?!? Thanks!

eBay is the best place to check for a price range on a pin. when you search for a specific pin, then click on completed items in the left margin menu. It will show you the pins that have sold and for how much. Tomart's is a book that will do this too. eBay is cheaper.
