Have you ever had a pinched nerve? I'm really getting desperate for some relief. I have one on the upper right side of my spine, near the shoulder blade and it's been acting up lately. The chiropractor says to ice it - and I do, but that's not doing much. Does anyone have suggestions on how to cope with this - I'm getting desperate for relief!
I've got something very similar in my lower back. Mine is in the sciatic nerve. It's kept me off the golf course for 3 weeks!! The pain isn't as bad as not being able to play. It just has to run it's course and heal......takes time.....
