Pin trading?

my guy bought a lanyard and a few pins last visit to US there weren't many people in the park that day, and hardly any staff with lanyards and pins. Does pin trading happen at US? The rest of us do it at WDW, but he is a US guy through and through and wanted to have the same kind of fun.

Pin trading is not an active thing at the dark side.

The only time I ever saw it happen was at the end of Port of Entry about 5 years ago.

Doesn't mean it can't happen, just have not seen it recently
