I thought I would save money by buying my son some pins from the DisneyShopping website. When we received the pins, they all have "disneyauction" on the backs, rather than looking like the backs of the ones he bought at WDW, which made me wonder --Are the pins I bought online at DisneyShopping good for trading at WDW?

I thought they were until I saw the back of the pins, and thought I should as to be on the safe side.

I have not had a problem trading them. I believe all pins are tradable as long as they are copyrighted DISNEY. And if you bought them from the catalog or Disney Auctions then they are legal. :teeth:

That's the whole idea of pin trading....none of us can be everywhere at once. So pins not available at WDW are great traders because all the other guests could only get that pin by trading with you. How many DLPR pins do you have? How many DCL pins? If you only buy them at WDW, the answer is none, unless you trade.
