PIN to My Email- Do Not Kow the Person

I received a PIN for Free DIning in July and early August. It was sent to my email that I have received a PIN to before. I told the family and we decided to book a trip. I called today to reserve and was told it was for someone else. Same last name but my email address and I do not know this person. Is there anything I can do? The family was very disappointed to say the least.
 
You could try calling back and ask to speak to a supervisor, but I have no idea as to whether it would work.

They must be having email/name issues -- last week I got an email from Disney Cruise Line telling me that I needed to start figuring out my cruise plans so I would be ready when the booking window opened up. Unfortunately for me it was another family with the same name sailing on the Dream in July and not me. :(

that's soooo ironic... i have three clients sailing in july and got that pre-planning email for only one of them... the other two got their own... weird!
