Pin holding photo frame?

Last year when we were in the park the pin trading shop on Main Street had a photo frame decorated with Mickey and the 'old school' gang with a wide band of squishy black material that you could press pins into. Being a fan of the villains and not Mickey, I passed it up but now I can't find anything like it! I'm looking for something that will let me display my pins around a 5 by 7 photo, any thoughts? I'm not crafty so I'd prefer it ready made. Thanks!

You may want to try a frame shop. I own a phot/frame/scrapbook store and I do frames like that all the time for people. I have done htem all sizes too. I am beginning to work on my daughters and wifes pims to frame them.
