PIN email is gone from inbox

I use AOL email and after I have an email for so long it vanishes..Does anyone know how i can retrieve this or if disney will resend the email

I am not sure about this, but I have heard that if you call they can see if there is a pin attached to your name in the system. Worth a try!

Open your mailbox. Under: Saved on my PC, look in: Incoming/Saved Mail. I just checked mine, there are 2800 emails going back to Feb 2008

I lost mine too and I called just this morning and explained what email it was and what happened and the CM told me what pin it was that I had.
