Is there anyway to look up a pin code that was snail mailed? I've called several times and they say they look, but nothing is there. I received 3 paper promos in Oct, didnt realize I would be going, and tossed them.
Hubby has called 3x and doesnt want to ask any more. Is it possible to find the pin or not? Several people thought the CM could find it. I know what the promos were and I have an old card with an old pin code and the other digits on the card. Im so bummed. Is it worth bothering them some more?
