PIN Codes/Discounts for European visitors.

Going to attempt booking a holiday in WDW.
Wow, there is so much information to get your head around. We are thinking about a 10night stay in August for 2 adults and 1 child. We were thinking about the Contempory Hotel and took a quick look at the price range. It's very, very expensive but we might be able to pull it off if we can get out hands on the 40% discount or a pin code.
Would anyone know if WDW offer pin codes to european visitors or are 40% discounts available on the website as a matter of fact.
We've been to Disney a couple times but always booked through a travel agent so I have no idea where to start to book it myself.
I'm gonna need loads and loads of help!
So watch out . . . .loads and loads of silly questions on the way!
