Pin codes can disappear

Well, I am very confused over this pin situation. A week or so ago I called and I had a pin code attached to my name for Free Dining. This pin was good for use until June 30th and I had to book it by March ____ (forgot the exact date) but since it wasn't March yet I wasn't concerned. The CM I spoke with even gave me quotes should we decide to go in May or June with Free dining.

I called WDW today to see if magically I was blessed with extra pixie dust and now had a pin code for Free Dining in Sept as well. . . . . . . That was not the case at all. Not only do I NO LONGER have a pin code for Sept... I no longer have one for now either!!!! It just disappeared! Thankfully we do not wish to go before June.

The CM I spoke with today checked and rechecked and there is nothing with my name. She did tell me to continue to check WDW?special offers and that there might be a new offer on there in the near future though.

Moral ofthe story - if you have a pin code.. USE IT immediately! They can take them away

Yeah, I've had the same thing happen. Called back after discussing the price and it was gone. If you get one, ask for the code so you can use it later. I tend to think they have some codes to hand out every so often so they aren't really in your name. That is how they disappear.
