I received a pin code in the mail yesterday
So I call this morning and spoke to a very nice young man that didn't have a clue. Told me there were absolutely no rooms available for any of the values and I would have shell out another $300.00 if I wanted to upgrade to a moderate. I thanked him and hung up, and turned around and called back. Got *********who after much searching for the correct code told me no rooms were available at Pop (where I was staying) but I could have a preferred room at Movies or a regular room at Music. So I booked a preferred at Movies and saved $156.00!
The moral of the story...all ways, all ways, all ways call back if you don't get the answer you think you should get.
