Ok, so I called CRO tonight to see if I had a PIN code attached to my name so I could add a couple of days on our 4/3 deal vacation and the nice gentlemen was checking for a code said there was a box checked that said "no mail/no calls" which was preventing me from receiving stuff from WDW. Whaaaaa? Unfortunatly, I didn't have a PIN, obviously, but he did uncheck the box. Keep your fingers crossed one comes soon. I'd really like to add on 3 more days!

I have been told this on more than one occasion by several CMs. They say that they have changed it, but it continues to say "no e-mail". I have NEVER gotten a pin code!!!

well, I get tons of emails from WDW- from WDW destinations, from the online store, from WDW travel and even the Disney movie club (which I don't actually belong to, even, and have never ordered a DVD.)

Yet never ever have we gotten a code in email (or snail mail for that matter.)

So I think it really is just plain random.

Just be glad your name wasnt highlighted in orange (deceased). Ive talked to a few dead people when I worked there

Its amazing how people who pay good money for Disney hotels who frequent Disney don't even get PIN codes. I have only gotten 1 pin cod with 40% last week but its about time.

FYI, even if you got a 40% pin code, I dont think you could use it for the 4/3deal, I have a pincode and a rservation and deposit in place, Hubby told me to add a couple of more days, I tried and the CM told me I could not combine the offers its was either the 4/3 deal or the 40% off, So I just kept my pincode offer, it was way cheaper.....

I wanted to keep our 4/3 deal then add a couple of days with a separate reservation with 40% off. Hopefully, I'll get an PIN soon!!

Nice idea. :thumbsup2 We already had a 4/3 deal but still waiting a pin code to come. :lmao: Then we might change it.

Have a nice and safe trip coming. :)

I have been fighting this same thing for the past few years. They uncheck the box and the next day, when the system updates, it checked again. I never get email or mail codes.

I really hope you have better luck than I did. I recommend you call back tomorrow and see if it's still unchecked.

I may be able to help here, it may not be you, it may be your email host (i.e yahoo, hotmail, gmail, comcast). Alot of hosts will "blacklist" a customer if the mail is undeliverable to their inbox. It most likely would be undeliverable b/c you email host blocks it.

If a company sends out too many emails at a time email hosting servers will detect it as "spam" and will return it as undeliverable to the sender (in this case disney) which will then mark you as a do not email guest.

HTH :)
