I'm sorry, but I don't know.
I would read the thread here titled "Got the 2010 'year long' Pincode after following a Dis-tip" and do what they say. My guess is you have as much chance as the next guy to get a pincode. If you get email from Disney read it all as the code is sometimes near the bottom.
Also call and check to see if a pincode is attached to your name, if you have been there in the past.
UK citizens don't get pin codes as far as I know and we've been going to WDW since 2002. I've filled everything in going, Disney have our email address, we're AP holders and stay in then Resorts and still zilch A good friend of ours who lives in Southern Ireland has received Pin Codes in the past though so you may get lucky
