Pin Code Email frustration!

My sis and I have been hoping for a pin code for our trip Nov 28-thru Dec 4. I decided to check one of my old email addresses. Several emails from Disney destinations but they are all blank! ACK! I don't know if its my email or what? One of the email even had "2 Great deals for you" or something like that! So frustrating. I'm gonna have to find a new email that most definitely has html images. I might be missing a really good pin code. Silly excite mail! Thanks for letting me vent.

Call and tell the CM that you've gotten several emails for "offers" but the images are not coming through. Ask them to check your name & see if there is a valid PIN for you to use!!
 
One of my email accounts (which I use exclusively for my son's school and my part time teaching) often has "trouble" with html and images. Sometimes I only seem to get the header, to/from and a first line. The the rest is blank. I find that sometimes if I try and forward the email, the text/image shows up in the forwarded message (sometimes even in the viewing pane before I press send). It's a pain when I'm just trying to read meeting or practice schedules....But it's worth a try!
 
I'd call and have them check if there is an offer attached to your name. Can't hurt and you might get a nice surprise!
 

The 'two special offers' email is for the two existing offers that are about to run out at the end of the month (Gift card promo, or % off room only rate).

If you have any emails going in to a spam folder, move them to your main folder, or mark them as not spam and that should allow the image go through. If you see a red, "X" where the image should be, right click and accept the image. Finally, you can go to your set-up and allow HTML images to go through - that isn't always advisable, it's best to set it up to allow it account by account/sender by sender if you can. Hopefully one of those helps.
 
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by calling and telling them what happened so they can check to see if there are any pins attached to your name :wave: I call about a pin I had once that I could not use and they found another one that I have never received an e-mail about :tink:
