We are leaving in 30 days and I have 4 pins each for my children to start trading. Is this enough? Also could I get 1 lanyard for all of them or should I get 1 for each and since I need 5 where is the best palce to get them I heard someone say that you don't want cheap ones. What is the difference?
Thanks
Michele

I would say not enough. I bought cheap pins before we went and for the six of us we probably used 20 - 30 each time we were in the parks all day.

As for lanyards, they got old fast because every time the kids wanted to ride something they were handing them over to me. I bought a waistbag that held pins which was nice and we also started just sticking our traders in our pockets.

There are pin trading stands all over the 4 parks in WDW. The station at DTD and in the World of Disney store are probably the most complete, but even at the resort, you can get what you need. I agree with the previous poster about actually wearing all the pins and lanyard. Our DS and DD found them to be a terrible nuisance and the pins did start coming off. After the second time of hunting down the back of the pin in a line for Buzz, they came off and into a fanny pack for the rest of the day, then back in the hotel room for the rest of the trip. Be prepared to lose some by end of day if the kids are wearing them. :earsgirl: :earsboy: :earsboy: :earsgirl:
