I have the ready-crust pies and would like to make individual appetizers for a party. Do you have any ideas?

We don't have that here - is it like ready-rolled pastry 9rather than formed into pie shapes)? The Pampered Chef uses a lot of ready-rolled pastry for appetisers at pamperedchef.com

Do you want sweet or savory?

You can make little turnovers with any filling you want. You can make little tarts in mini muffin pans if you have them.

For sweet you could use any pie filling or make your own with fruit and a little sugar or honey. If you make tarts you can cut up fresh fruit and then drizzle with honey, tasty and pretty.

For savory you can use anything from tuna with a cream of____ soup and fill turnovers. You could use diced up cooked meat and a little gravy, add a little onion, mushroom, peppers or whatever you like.

The ready made crusts are easy to work with and you can do many things with them. My sonlikes to take the scraps and cover with cinnamon sugar and then we bake his creations.
