I think HeatherLynn444 and Purplegirl247 are what I am looking for!!! I love the back of both, except I would have her do the whole thing up. Thanks gals, you always come through. I am getting REALLY excited!!! I love everyone's hair! Maggimus, I read your report and know that you were not thrilled, but i have to say, I think you were an absolutely beautiful bride!!! BUT, I know what you mean, if you have an idea in your mind of the way you want it to look, and it doesn't, it is very disappointing!! Still, I think you look great, all of you! I'm interested in this as well. I am getting married in July, but I want my hair down no matter how hot it is! I have a BIG face and HUGE ears and my hair looks really bad all pulled back. I'm going to try for like a Jessica Simpson type style, but I'm looking for pictures to take with me too!

I have the same problem-big face and ears. I just can't wear it up, not for something like this (although I did for one prom). I wore mine totally down (in humid NC in August) and I let her just curl it. The way it was curled, the ringlets would loosen and still look nice. I was very happy with it. Everyone was so shocked that my hair was down, too. People thought it was really different.

Belle1981 Lol thx! That's the same reason I liked this style it is so different. I am going to email Lisa today with it to see what she says. I have my clip in extensions to add a bit more volume to the back of my hair.

Hey guys! My mom is getting married in August (yes, very hot!). And we are doing our hair and makeup ourselves and we are trying to figure out what to do. I think we have the makeup thing pretty much worked out but have to clue what to do with our hair! I think we both want it up because the beginning of August in Orlando will be very hot! Well I am getting married in August too but I think I am still going to wear my hair down. I know it will be really hot but I don't think I would feel comfortable wearing my hair up, I always wear it down and my DF loves my hair down. At the moment I am looking to have loose waves or have it completely straight. I will likely settle on the waves because in the humidity it will likely curl. I would love to have it just straight, with a very textured, piecy sort of look, but I don't have any pictures to go with my description. Can anyone help me out?

My hair is really thick...too thick! ...it goes all the way down to my lower back because I've neglected to get a hair cut for about three years! On the evening of our wedding my husband spent a long time pulling out 116 pins from my hair!

moonpie I know how you feel! At the time of our wedding my hair was all the way down my back, and super thick. Here's mine (though i'm sure they've been on here before)
