So I promised to take some pictures of the kits and stickers that are sold at WDW these days.

I tried to take pictures of tiny photo on the back of the package which shows what is inside the kits. I'm sure you've seen the nice photos of the front of the packages that don't really give you a clue of what you're getting. Some pictures came out better than others. Hopefully these will help give people an idea though.

I bought the parks, "4 parks one world" and transportation kits. In a few days I'll hopefully be able to get around to opening them and taking better pictures of those. I wish I bought the romantic mickey one. And I think there might have been a Minnie kit (since they have the cheerleading stickers) but my 10 day vacation went so fast, and then I got a cold as soon as I got home and the vacation has turned into one big blur.

Pictures are here:

Thanks for the Pics. Now I just need to figure out how many of each type to buy :)

Thanks for the pics. It looks like they are getting more stuff in. We are going in April! Hopefully they will have even more stuff!

Thanks! The timing is perfect. My GS troop co-leader is heading down in 2 weeks. Just last night at our meeting I was mentioning that if I'd been able to access the pics someone posted earlier I'd be sending her with a list!

Now I can!:p

Thanks for the pictures! I have the Transportation one and I also have a Princess one! :) I have used just about every piece that came with them in one layout or another!! :):)

Thanks for posting the pics! I really like the paper kits :p

Just an FYI, if you're interested in the Baby Mickey & Minnie set you'd better get it soon. The CM that I talked to at the scrapbook store said they are going to discontinue it. They're also hoping that there will be lots more new stuff before CKU in June.

Oooooo...thanks for posting those! I am definitely slapping down some $$ to get several of those sets and stickers! I recently bought the CM snap pack and it has some good character stickers, but not park specific ones. :jester:

OK, I am lost. Great pics by the way. Where in Disney did you find this scrapbook store? We are going the first week in May and I want to hit this store. My daughter and I are going to scrapbook our Disney trip. Thanks for the info. :)

It's at the Marketplace in Downtown Disney. It's attached to the "Art of Disney" store and across from the Christmas shop. These are all on the Rainforest Cafe side of the Marketplace.

If you use Disney transportation the walkway from the buses takes you right past the store. It's called "Disney's Wonderful World of Memories."

Thanks for taking the time to gather all this info & for sharing it. I didn't see the romantic set when I was at WDW in early December. Plus there seems to be a lot more stickers.

Thanks HopeMax for the info. I cant wait until we get there. Is the store new? I dont remember it from last April when we were down. Do you think the prices are reasonable or over priced? Thanks again.:)

For the most part, it's really just a rename of what used to be2R's Reading and Riting. But the focus is now more on scrapbooking. They still have a selection of books, postcards, stationary, etc. that they used to have. But now they have a wall of the scrapbooking kits, stickers, adhesive, albums, etc.

Does anyone know if the Wonderful World of Memories will ship items. I would really love some disney scrapbook items, but can't always go to Disney World to see what they have.

I know they'll ship your purchase when you're there, but I've never thought about calling in an order to them. I guess you can always try that.

Yep- you can order just about anything from WDW (except food- believe me I tried!)

The fone number for Merchandise Guest Services is 407.363.6200. If I remeber correctly, shipping can sometimes be steep. You may also want to look into one of the many "disney shopping services" I know laughingplace.com has a service for Disneyland.. so I am sure that someone has set up one for WDW :)

I have some of the WDW scrap packs and they are beautiful.. but I can't bring myself to use them!!!

Hi,
Disney has a central warehouse number for ordering any item that is sold within WDW. On our last trip I bought a suitcase, but the train case was sold out. I was given a card with a number on it. Called, told them what I wanted and the case was on the way to my home. They were most helpful.....true Disney style. BTW - I was told that any item that is sold a WDW could be ordered that way. I will look up that number and post to this board by a new thread.

Hopemax,

Did you notice if they had any 12x12 post bound Disney albums? I am debating to either wait for my trip to see what they have in this size or go ahead and buy the new sandylion disney albums.

Scrapping Shawn-
GREAT QUESTION TO HOPE MAX!
The album I purchased at Disney was a three hole sprial. I don't believe they carried post bound at that time. The last time I was there, "Memories" was not yet open. Maybe now that WDW has a scrapbook store, they have a better selection of albums. That question would be a good thread to start. I, like you, love the post bound or tab creative memories style albums. I will say thou, that the Disney album is very nice for a 3 hole. It has a sparkly/metallic cover, Mickey and the whole crew on the front and also the year. The bookshelf binding also has WDW and the year on it. If your in no hurry, I would wait til' your trip to decide.
You can always buy sandylion later.
You might see something and fall in love. That's what usually happens to me at any scrapbook store, let alone D-I-S-N-E-Y!!!

BTW-Someone posted the Disney number on a post before me
(if only I could read). That number is a great one to hang on to!!!
