This is cool...where and when was this?

Since I'm not Darcy, I can't say exactly when it was taken. But it had to be sometime between 1996 and 2004. The King Triton statue was next to the original location of Ariel's Grotto, which opened in 1996, and sat in the former 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea lagoon. The lagoon and the statue were removed in 2004.

I recall sitting here on the steps calling home to talk to Marie, Kim, while on my first solo trip back in 2000. I miss this and so much more. Thanks for the memory.

we miss this ride! But Mr Toad's headstone is in the Haunted mansion pet cemetery as you are leaving the ride [they changed the ride to ? :-( ]
