Sadly, there is no reason on earth why they cannot reintroduce that to Epcot. With the DHS Dancing lights show gone now, it would be very much needed.

Reportedly, there were a number of reasons the first probably originated from the legal office. It was way up in the air, today's guest is dumber then a bucket of rocks and they were concerned about someone falling out. Second, it was very expensive to operate and the load speed was very slow. Third, the lovely guests, don't know the age grouping, were spitting on the crowd below or throwing things out at the crowd below. Anyway they took it out in both DL and WDW at about the same time if I recall correctly.

Ugh... People! Still, too bad they couldn't find a way to make something similar... but people proof!

They didn't have to, it already existed... You Tube videos of the ride.

Seriously though, the only way that it would work would have been if they completely enclosed it. Then in the Florida and California heat they would have had to air condition it as well. People ruin things every time.

Oh, I remember her! My son got called on to choose the animal once, and picked a bird. It was really cool to watch!

This brings back memories.. not necessarily good ones. My twin son walked away form me one time and wondering into Pocahontas.. he was lost for about 10 min before somone said, hey. There is a little lost boy, with the same hat as that little girl lost in Pocohantas..
