thanks for posting these! they make me smile! i got married there in 2008, it was seriously the most fun day of my life! i felt like a princess!

I got to be a bridesmaid in a wedding their 1999 and it was a blast. Disney out did themselves with the service, food, really was a magical day.

The room names have changed since our wedding day in 1996, but it is still so beautiful!

thanks for sharing, how pretty - except the entry rug - so not colors I would have paired up!

See? I am missing all that sort of interpretation. :guilty: I found the setting (the chapel) sterile and devoid of emotion, or even warmth when I was there for a wedding.

It was just a plain white building with uncomfortable wooden pews. :confused3 Now, I'm sure that decorating it with the flowers, candles etc. helped but it simply had no character (and yep, Mickey made an appearance ;) ).

Give me the beach, or the wide open meadow, or even someone's living room, over a sterile, boring building. :guilty::confused3

I love the wedding pavilion, it's got a special grand feeling to it. We choose to get married at the gazebo on the Boardwalk, though. I loved it and that it was by the water. :goodvibes There are many, many Disney locations to have a wedding!

Waaaayyyy off topic here, but LilIrishChick63: I'm lovin' the photos in your signature! David and Ian......:love:

Ahhh... memories. We got married at the Wedding Pavilion in 2006. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! (and we had a teeny tiny wedding too!)
