Thanks for looking! The alligator is the one from the BCV. The Epcot fireworks were taken from the bridge on the BW and from right near France.

Hi Steph,

Thanks for sharing your pictures, they are great! We were at the BCV’s the same time. We were there from Aug 3-15th. I recognized the pictures of Member Day at the pool. We really enjoyed the Member Day, what did you think? We had a 1BR (room # 310) pool view, I could see our balconies from your balcony picture. What size room did you have and did you like it? It looks like a perfect location with a nice big balcony. I noticed your pictures of the gator, is that Villagator? We saw him a couple of times. I can’t remember what day it was but we saw pest control trying to catch him. The man told me that he was looking for a gator that had gotten too big because people were feeding him. I don’t know what happened, but didn’t see Villagator after that. Did you hear anything about this?

Hope that you had as much fun as we did!

Yes, that was "Villagator"! We were watching the day that they had the fishing rod trying to get him. It had a grapple at the end of it. They did manage to get him by the tail, but after a struggle, the line broke and "Villagator" took off. Sure enough, he was back "gloating" the next day!
Our room was a 2 bedroom, dedicated. It was a great room - 454. The door to the second bedroom was up near the slider. The second bedroom seemed really big to me. It had a queen and pull out sofa, a big closet, and 2 sinks outside the bathroom - much like YC or BC. No frig or microwave since this was a dedicated 2 bedroom.
My sons had friends, and, since they are big boys and didn't want to sleep together, we managed to fit a double aero and a twin aero in the living room WITH the sofa pulled out! There was only about a 6" path to the second bedroom, but it was fine. We stood the aeros up in a corner next to the sliders during the day, and we had plenty of room.
I thought Member Day was great. HOT, but great! It was nice to see all the people who turned out for it. No one was at Atlantic Dance, tho, later in the evening. I always wonder how that place manages to stay open and why no one goes there! It is such a beautiful place. I just don't get why it hasn't taken off...

What was that you were having for supper...?:D

Thanks for posting...one of my sons was very concerned about the alligator..."He didn't eat them on their vacatio...?";)
