Thanks John and Karen for being our Scream Team!!!!

I had a fabulous morning with everyone!!! I loved seeing the team thru out the race. Especially as we did the out and back portion.

Liz is your friend Susan the panthergirl? And you were going to let us know the brand of that waistpack you were using, do you still have the receipt/tag? The stretches we did that morning were fantastic!
