I wasn't sure about where to post this thread, so I started in the Community Board, but thought I would post it here, as well, for those who don't read the Community Boards.

It was really fun! I didn't know I'd be on the red carpet until I got there. Our buses were late, so we ended up on the carpet with Alan Rickman, Emma Watson, Jason Isaacs, Ralph Fiennes, Jim Broadbent, David Yates, etc. I couldn't stop smiling!!

OMG! That's even more amazing. I just love Alan Rickman's Snape, and I think I would be majorly star struck by Ralph Fiennes and Jim Broadbent. Jim Broadbent's been one of my favorite British actors ever since "Moulin Rouge". I was thrilled he signed up for the Harry Potter series.

And, I didn't know Tonks had a band. ;) How'd they sound?

Wow! What an amazing experience! Congrats!

Thanks for sharing the pics.

Wow, lucky you!!!

DS and I are going to the midnight showing on Friday morning...our local theatre has seven out of eight theatres already sold out! Can't wait to see it...so much so that we have already planned to see it again next week on cheap night with DH.

OMG!!! You are so lucky. That must have been an amazing experience. Even if you weren't a HP fan, just walking a red carpet premier with with likes of Alan Rickman and Jim Broadbent......wow

ok I admit it.....I'm a little jealous :lmao:

They were great! When I saw her standing up there with an accordion, I wondered what was going to happen, but it was a great rock sound and she really had the crowd going!

I'm going back on Friday to see it in 2D. I can't see 3D, so it was a little blurry for me at the premiere. From the oohs and aahs, though, my guess is that the 3D was pretty good!

Wow that looked amazing!!! Thanks for sharing!!! :goodvibes
