I tried to search, but couldn't find it. Anyone have or know of a review with a picture of Tutto Italia's Grand Antipasto Misto?

Also, does anyone know if you can order the Grand Antipasto Misto if you're on the DxDDP if two people go in on it as their appitizer credit together?
