I spotted a player moments ago with a VMK Gold Star, though I would post the picture, it will take me a minute to upload

Oh one night I thought I was getting one this person did not realise that the new costumes were out so I gave him HM Suit it was in VMK_Runo's room but he was no where to be seen then he came out from behind some crates and I remembered oh Gold Star but got nothing

I don't think it's a staff favorite. By the looks of the pins this player is
wearing, I don't see more than the basic Kellogg's magic and the magic
from the Tomorrowland quests.

My guess is that this is a relatively "new" player (compared to those of us
Day 1 or shortly thereafter) who did something nice to help out another
player.

Frankly, I'm glad to see a player who appears to be relatively new get this
award.

Hey Nano. You get the pin by going out of your way to do something really nice for someone. Staff "sees" it and gives you the pin in recognition of your good deed.

I think Fly deserves ones of these star pins! lol. The two of us took a Movie Rewards room and tried our best to keep it in control and half way sane! lol. I have no idea how long she was in the room before I got there...but she certainly went out of her way to help others...and with the many many people in there and with the speed of things, she certainly could have left anytime she wanted. But she stayed there and answered as many questions as could.

I heard Every 10 stars you get a cheap gold star eraser that you can get in bulk at ortential trading.....

of course on the main page they are going to put up a chart how many stars everyone has. Woot for gold star charts!





(ok its a joke, but i think this gold star idea is just away to report people more often for really, really stupid things, like oh that person didn't want to trade with me, i am going to report you. there is really no point to me.)

the pin is a nice thought but random acts of kindness are their own rewards-- i hope the pin doesn't lead to "gosh, i did something nice for someone and i didn't get recognized!" nice of vmk to think about it though....
