Joe that is a Saddle billed stork, the largest species of Stork and they can be seen a couple of places in Disney's Animal Kingdom, I've seen them both on the Kilimanjaro Safaris Attraction and in a small riverside habitat on the Discovery Island Trail that runs behind the tree of life (the same one that runs the Galapagos Tortise habitat is on, and...I think that
the Exit to It's Tough to be a Bug dumps onto this trial too as well? not 100% sure on that point, anyhow on my last trip to DAK I actually got the chance to talk to a coulpe of the keepers who were feeding the Saddle billed Storks and I used the audio from that in the most recent episode of my podcast (probably about 3/4 of the way through the episode)

Unfortunately it won't be until around August 2009 until I get to play around with it at WDW.
