The Treehouses look nice but I would feel a might uncomfortable changing with a see through roof.

I think I might be having a brain fart...but is this a totally new station? I don't remember there being one in Fantasyland before. And where exactly is this located in Fantasyland?

Yes. Totally new station. In the new expanded Fantasyland area. You have to walk a ways back in there to get to it. Here's an article about the "soft" opening of the new Fantasyland area. There will be more opening throughout the year as it continues to get finished being built.
