Hi all! Got back earlier this week from our trip to the World! Armed with lots of new pics for the thread Unexpectedly got our first view ever of the Halloween decorations - cool!

SpectroMagic*o*....Every few yrs. I "bite the bullet" and stay there for a few days, before I check in to my DVC, because it brings back great memories of being in my 20's with my late DH and having many "Magical Vacation" in the 70-80's.
Oh...and in 71' & 72' that same longhouse (now consierge only) & floor was....ready?...$42.00 per night. Imagine that!!

Didn't they get rid of it because it wasn't politically correct anymore for cowboys and "Native Americans" to be fighting ? If I remember correct, there were bodies laying around the cabin with arrows in them. Maybe I'm not remembering correctly though.

I think I remember arrows in the roof but I don't remember the bodies it was in the 1980's when I saw it burning. I'm pretty sure I remember them having to do some kind of work on it and they shut off the gas and something about the gas pipes being old and needing to be replaced?
